Cutting Edge Laser Technologies, based in Fairport, NY, landed on the Top 100 list at number 38. The Rochester Top 100 is an annual program of the Rochester Business Alliance and accounting firm KPMG that recognizes the nine-county region's fastest-growing private companies.
